Health Insurance & Enrollment

When you experience a family status change or "life event" such as a marriage, birth, adoption, etc., you must complete the update in your MI HR Self-Service account and/or by contacting the MI HR Service Center*, within 31 days of the life event. Adding a dependent must also be substantiated with appropriate documentation. See the Benefits Summary & Enrollment Information link below for more information.
