Using an Optical Scan Ballot to Vote

If you've ever taken a test in school where you have to fill in little black circles with a No. 2 pencil, then you will understand optical scan voting. You vote in a booth, or a voting station with dividers. Either way, no one else will be able to see how you are voting.
