This workgroup will be responsible for the development of technical deliverables for the statewide HIE effort and collaborating with the other workgroups to ensure that business operation capabilities are built into the infrastructure. Another function of the team will be to develop detailed specifications for the communication standards and protocols necessary for secure stakeholder or RHIO to backbone communications.
