About the Building Committee
Members: State Treasurer; Governor, and Lt. Governor
Recommends approval of: awards of State construction and related professional service contracts; property leases for use by State agencies; establishment of State rental rates; matters relating to sales, acquisitions, and easements of State land.
The Committee meets the Tuesday before the State Administrative Board meeting, in the Michigan Library and Historical Center, 702 W. Kalamazoo Street, Lansing, Michigan, at 11:00 a.m. The current calendar shows the assigned meeting rooms. The agenda is prepared by DTMB Design and Construction Division.
