1993 Compacts (seven tribes) - Under a Consent Judgment, the seven tribes who signed Tribal-State Gaming Compacts in August 1993 are:

·         Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa & Chippewa Indians
·         Hannahville Indian Community
·         Keweenaw Bay Indian Community
·         Lac Vieux Desert Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians
·         Saginaw Chippewa Indian Community
·         Sault Ste. Marie Band of Chippewa Indians

1998 Compacts (four tribes)

·         Little River Band of Ottawa Indians
·         Little Traverse Bay Band of Odawa Indians
·         Nottawaseppi Huron Band of Potawatomi Indians
·         Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians

2007 Compact (one tribe)

·      Gun Lake Band of Match-E-Be-Nash-She-Wish Band of Pottawatomi Indians
