FAQ
  Vendor Exemptions
If I know prior to conducting business with a casino licensee that I will exceed the monetary thresholds for a vendor, am I required to file an application for a non-gaming supplier license?

Answer:
Yes. However, if at any time, a vendor meets the monetary threshold required for licensure, an application for a supplier's license must be submitted within 30 days of meeting the monetary threshold or the vendor must cease doing business with the casino licensee(s).
