A Board Resolution Affirming Executive Director Order No. 1998-01 Exempting Certain Fields of Commerce from Casino Supplier Licensing Requirements

WHEREAS, the Board has reviewed and determined that Executive Director Order No. 1998-01 is in compliance with previous Board Resolution No. 1998-09 and Rule 432.1322(4) of the Rules of the Board; and,

WHEREAS, the Board agrees with the Executive Director's determination that the fields of commerce specified in Executive Director Order No. 1998-01 are generally entitled to be exempted from supplier licensing requirements under Rule 432.1322(4)(a)-(d); NOW THEREFORE,

IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Executive Director Order No. 1998-01 shall be and is affirmed by the Board.
