Real Estate Abstracting and Property Taxes

The Project Delivery Section of the MDOT Real Estate Division provides administrative support and technical expertise to MDOT Region Offices and the Attorney General Office involving abstracting, title issues, and property tax information for transportation projects. It is responsible for informing and educating MDOT personnel on these matters and interpretation of statewide policy and procedures involving those subjects.
