Real Estate Acquisition

The Project Delivery Section of the MDOT Real Estate Division provides administrative support and technical expertise to MDOT region offices involving the acquisition of real property rights for transportation projects. It is also responsible for the acquisition processes and procedure manuals, identifying best practices, negotiation of complex parcels, and maintaining statewide real estate standards.
