I-75 BL (Square Lake Road) ramps closed in Oakland County for maintenance

September 22, 2011 -- Pavement repair will require ramp closures along a stretch of the I-75 Business Loop (Square Lake Road), according to the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT). The ramps will not be closed simultaneously and the work is expected to be completed in mid-October.

- The eastbound Square Lake Road ramp to southbound I-75 will be closed 9 p.m. Friday, Sept. 23, until 9 p.m. Friday, Sept. 30. Traffic will be detoured to northbound I-75, then westbound University Drive back to southbound I-75.

- The eastbound Square Lake Road exit to Opdyke Road will be closed 9 p.m. Friday, Sept. 30, until 5 a.m. Monday, Oct. 3. A detour will be posted.

MDOT says: Construction work zones need your undivided attention.
