WHAT: Public open house to review 2013 construction plans for M-11 (28th Street) at Clyde Park Avenue. Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) officials will provide the proposed project schedule, design and construction details, and plans for maintaining vehicle and pedestrian traffic during the work. The public will have the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback on the project.
