BACKGROUND: MDOT is planning to remove and replace the culvert at Tobeco Creek on US-31 south of Elk Rapids. The work is tentatively scheduled for Spring 2013.

Residents and business owners will have to opportunity to talk one-on-one with MDOT officials about the 2013 construction project.
