Champion Street bridge work in Marquette starts June 11

PROJECT: Resurfacing and complete painting of Champion Street bridge over US-41.

TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS: The Champion Street bridge will be closed, and US-41 will have intermittent lane closures and traffic shifts. At times, eastbound large trucks will not be permitted to enter downtown Marquette through the roundabout at Front Street. Detour signs and message boards will direct these trucks to Washington or Grove streets.
