It looks like MDOT has not designated much of the system as high priority (Orange) routes. Won't that have a negative effect on people's ability to get to work, or a company's ability to get deliveries?

While Orange routes represent only 34 percent of state highway miles, they also cover 81 percent of commercial vehicle miles and 70 percent of passenger vehicle miles. Most of the state's population lives within 20 miles of an Orange route and 95 percent of the state's employment base is within 20 miles of an Orange route.
