Do I need to complete a new application if my application is placed on hold and I need to upload a plan sheet? It appears that I cannot edit my application.

No, you cannot edit your application after it has been submitted. While in an On-Hold status, you may upload additional attachments. To address specific questions, you should enter the information in the remarks field on the Resubmit screen selected from the left hand navigation bar. The TSC Construction Permit Staff will have to update the application itself with the information provided.
