System Profile 
Marquette County Transit Authority (MARQ-TRAN) was created in 1985 through the consolidation of three public transit systems within Marquette County. MARQ-TRAN currently makes transit services available to all Marquette County citizens. MARQ-TRAN operates both fixed-route and demand-response service to meet the public demand.  MARQTRAN operates 365 days per year, 366 during leap years. MARQ-TRAN serves as the Greyhound ticket agent and tickets are available at MARQ-TRAN's new facility at 1325 Commerce Drive.
