Carmine Palombo is currently Director of Transportation Programs for the Southeast Michigan Council of  Government, with twenty-six years of experience in various phases of transportation planning.

Experience:
Responsible for the administration of the overall transportation planning program for the Southeast Michigan  Council of Governments, development of the Council's transportation work program and policies, developing Transportation Improvement Program, Long Range Plan, establishment of project budgets, and staff coordinator of Transportation Advisory Council (TAC).
