Mr. Nebel has served as City Manager for the City of Sault Ste. Marie since April 20, 1992. In addition to having administrative oversight of the City, he has overseen an extensive reconstruction of the City’s water, sewer, and street systems as part of a Combined Sewer Overflow Control Project, development of master plans for replacing streets and other infrastructure, planning and implementation of various streetscape projects, construction of a downtown marina, various parks improvements, and currently construction of a downtown parking structure.
