Demolition and Property Clearance

The Project Delivery Section of the MDOT Real Estate Division provides administrative support and technical expertise in the area of demolition and clearance of property improvements within the right-of-way to MDOT region offices. The Project Delivery Section is responsible for training, statewide policy and procedure for demolition and property clearance issues.
