Responsibilities:
Develop and monitor the annual public transportation program and budget, and the bureau's administrative budget, together totaling over $250,000,000 annually.
Develop and implement bureau budgetary and financial control procedures, and assure the conversion of existing financial management systems to new systems.
Manage the bureau's contract process, including the preparation and execution of approximately 600 contracts annually.
