- Tuesday April 24, 2001. This meeting was held in
an open house format from 3:30 –5:00 p.m. and 7:00 –8:30 p.m. at Baker College
of Jackson. The meeting presented the proposed alignment of the illustrative alternatives.

Public Informational Meeting #1 was held during the early stages of the study
to kick-off the study process. The meeting was held in an open house format
with project staff available to answer general questions about the study, to
provide information on the need for improvements, and to obtain public input
on the affected study area.
