M-85/Fort Street Bridge Replacement Study
M-85Overview
The Fort Street (M-85) bascule bridge over the Rouge River is deteriorating and needs to be replaced. MDOT is performing an Environmental Assessment and Programmatic Section 4(f) Evaluation to study various alternatives for correcting the deficiencies of the existing structure and improving the Fort Street/Oakwood Boulevard intersection.
