March 2001 Public Hearing Summary
A public hearing was held March 5, 2001 at the Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History and on March 6, 2001 at Kettering Sr. High School. The hearings provided the public an opportunity to learn more about the project, ask questions, and have their concerns added to the public record.
