The International Quick Prox Card is an electronic toll collection card for passenger vehicles at the Sault Ste. Marie International Bridge. IQ Prox Card users enjoy a 30% discount off the standard fare for two-axle (2) passenger cars, pick-ups or vans. (See current toll rates.)

How does the Prox card work?

When you cross the bridge, all open lanes are available for customers to use. IQ Prox Card can be used in all lanes. (Frequently asked IQ Prox Card questions)

• Purchase your card at the IBA Administration Bulding next to the toll booths to pay for future (one-way) bridge crossings.
• Purchase in Canadian or U.S. currency (one currency per card).
• Replenish your card any time, at the toll booth.
• Use your card at least once every four months (122 days) to keep it active.

You can benefit from the IQ Prox Cards even if you cross the International Bridge just a few times a year. Defective cards can be exchanged without charge at the International Bridge Administration (IBA) office, located next to the toll booths. Damaged or additional cards on account may be purchased at the International Bridge Administration (IBA) office.
