Are you looking for two different proposals, one for each site, and each in the amount og (sic) $50,000? Or can we combine the projects into a linked proposal in the amount of $100,000? We are considering a design solution that would unify the two artworks.

But if you are referring to the requirement in the Artist's Statement that asks you to identify the location(s) for artwork for which you would like to be considered ? the answer is yes, you may identify one or both locations.
