  Bagley Avenue Pedestrian Bridge Art
On page 2 it states that 10-20 images of recent work may be submitted. On Page 6 it states that no more than 10 work samples may be submitted. Which is the standard you are using. I would rather submit 10-20 images.
 
Answer:
Individual applicants (not applying as part of a team) submit 10 slides or digital files. If artists are applying as a team, each team member may submit up to 10 slides or digital files; but each team may submit no more than 20 slides total. For example, if there are two members on the team, each can submit up to 10 slides or digital files. If there are three members, then approximately 6-7 slides each for a total not to exceed 20, etc.
