Q 7. I have a contract modification that contains three extras. Each is under $100,000, but the total contract modification totals $150,000 and the total extras for the job are less than the 6 percent. Does this go to State Administrative Board?

Answer:

This one works kind of like the requirements for federal review. If all three items are independent of one another, then the items do not go to the State Administrative Board. If the three items are related to the same activity or incident, then they do go to the State Administrative Board.
