How big are traffic signals? How many lightbulbs do they require?
 
Answer:

A traffic signal assembly can reach up to 7 feet in height and weigh up to 220 pounds. One traffic signal can require as much as 6500 feet of wire to run properly. Approximately 150,000 light bulbs are replaced in traffic signals each year.
