New Services Program

New Services program is funded out of the discretionary portion of the Public Transportation Development account. It provides capital and operating assistance for new services not currently provided.  Capital will be funded at 100 percent.  Operating will be funded at 90 percent of eligible cost for the first year; 80 percent for the second year; and 70 percent for the third year.  There are not any funds currently available for this program.
