The Implementation to Natural Environments Guide was developed for Early On service coordinators and service providers. The purpose is to:

1. Provide information on the natural environments requirements of IDEA Part C;
2. Provide expectations, tools, and resources, for how the natural environments requirements of IDEA, Part C, are to be addressed at each step of the Individualized Family Service Planning (IFSP) process;
3. Provide a link to the Early On Training and TA grantee for service coordinators who want more training or additional resources.
