• MOECS TEMPORARY SUSPENSION  In response to teacher certification administrative rule changes that will become effective September 1, 2013, the Michigan Department of Education (MDE) will be temporarily disabling the Michigan Online Educator Certification System (MOECS) from 12:00am on Sunday, September 1, 2013 through 12:00 noon on Tuesday, September 3, 2013, to implement required technical modifications and enhancements.
