DIRECTIONS:
Children glue comb to top of rooster head, then beak and wattle under beak, add details with markers, glue or tape feathers at back. Adult helps glue rooster to band and staples to fit child's head. This is a good project to let Mom's volunteer to glue and staple. Have a mirror available in craft room so roosters can crow when they see themselves!
