• Cash Management System (CMS)
Introduction
The Grants Cash Management Reporting System (GCMRS) is being replaced by a newly developed application called the Cash Management System (CMS).  In October 2006, four Special Education grants were initially transitioned to the CMS.  The CMS has successfully processed funds request and payment authorization for those grants with no significant issues.  It is now time to move ahead with the transition plan for the remaining federal and state grants.
