SUBJECT: DRAFT AMENDMENTS TO CIVIL SERVICE REGULATION 1.04, REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION
Staff has proposed amendments to Regulation 1.04, Reasonable Accommodation. The changes would (1) remove outdated references to form names and retention schedules and (2) provide additional flexibility in evaluating the efficacy of accommodations.
