Human Resource Training and Development

Human Resource Training and Development provides a wide range of training programs for all State employees. Courses are facilitated by certified internal Civil Service trainers and external vendors with whom we have partnerships. HRTD also offers online eLearning courses, as well as consulting and custom training design services, and can assist in the development and delivery of programs for groups from an individual office to an entire department.
