Office of Compensation and Performance Management
Office of Compensation and Performance Management provides systems designed to attract, retain and develop a highly competent state workforce. Compensation staff is responsible for maintaining and interpreting rules and regulations pertaining to performance management, rates of pay, time accrual, and other related benefits. Staff is also responsible for the development of the annual Coordinated Compensation Plan, which the Civil Service Commission utilizes in setting pay and benefit levels for non-exclusively represented employees.
