| Vacation Time, Sick Leave, School Participation Leave, Family and Medical Leave |
- Vacation Leave. Full-time employees receive between 13 and 33 days per year, depending on length of service. Part-time employees receive vacation leave based on hours worked.
- Sick Leave. Full-time employees receive 13 days per year. Part-time employees receive sick leave based on hours worked. Sick leave may also be used for bereavement leave.
- School Participation Leave. Employees receive up to 8 hours of leave to participate in certain school functions.
- Family and Medical Leave. According to the Family and Medical Leave Act, employees may qualify for up to 12 weeks of unpaid leave for certain family or medical situations. While on unpaid leave, the employee will continue to have insurance coverage and their job will be protected.
