FAQ
  People With Disabilities
Other employees are provided cellular phones but because I am deaf, they do not provide one to me. Am I entitled to a cellular phone too?

Answer:
If you have enough residual hearing to use a cellular phone, even if you need assistive listening devices to use it, you are entitled to the same benefits as other employees. Cellular phones can be used with TTY, too.
