In these times of limited resources and expanding challenges, the Department of Civil Rights has decided to conduct a census of civil rights concerned organizations in Michigan.  Hopefully by having a better assessment of the many organizations working toward inclusion, diversity and equal opportunity in Michigan, we can enhance our ability to collaborate on common causes. 

Specifically, we will use this information to improve our internal database and provide an online directory for the public.  Please complete and save this Data Collection Form, and return it to Jacki Miller (as indicated on the form).  Your organization may receive a form in the mail as well.  Each chapter of the organization only needs to respond once.

Please let your partner organizations in Michigan know about this effort and encourage them to complete and return the form as well.
