16Injunction Reversed In Michigan Pharmacy Case A preliminary injunction against Michigan's pharmaceutical product list was improperly issued and has been reversed by the Michigan Court of Appeals, Michigan Department of Community Health (MDCH) Director James K. Haveman, Jr. said today.
13Hospital Advisory Commission to Hold Public Hearings December 16th Meeting to be held in Ann Arbor Michigan Department of Community Health Director, James K. Haveman, Jr., today announced that the Hospital Advisory Commission, created by Executive Order 2002-15, will continue its series of public meetings around the state to gather input on issues relating to the provision of health care in Michigan's hospitals, and health systems.
