The Michigan Department of Community Health (MDCH) has summarily suspended the dentistry license of Frank W. Nedock, D.D.S., based on his felony convictions in the Oakland County Circuit Court of Michigan.
On August 23, 2004, Nedock was convicted of one felony count of Failure to File Withholding Taxes (1997) and one felony count of Failure to File Withholding Taxes (1998). As a result, Nedock was sentenced to 228 days in jail (and given credit for 228 days served in jail), required to pay costs plus $1,447 in restitution, and placed on probation for two years.
On December 15, 2004, MDCH issued an order immediately suspending Nedock’s license according to the Public Health Code, which provides for the mandatory summary suspension of a health professional’s license upon the conviction of a felony. An administrative hearing will be scheduled to address the status of Nedock’s dental license.
