When do the new CE category requirements take effect?

Any EMS personnel whose license expired after June 2005 must comply with the new CE requirements.  There is a Personnel CE Record Formwith a conversion table to identify which CE topics apply to each CE category.  The form is located under the forms section above.

When does the requirement for practical credits take effect?

Any EMS personnel whose license expires after December 31, 2006 must comply with the practical CE requirement.  The practical credits are included in the minimum required credits for each category, not in addition to.  You can find the breakdown for the minimum category and practical credits on the Personnel CE Record Form.
