The Michigan Citizen Corps (MCC) is composed of programs and organizations that share the common goal of helping communities prevent, prepare for and respond to crime, disasters, pressing public health needs and emergencies of all kinds. These programs include Community Emergency Response Teams (C.E.R.T.), Neighborhood Watch, Volunteers in Police Services (V.I.P.S.), Medical Reserve Corp, and Fire Corps.
