The Office of Drug Control Policy and the Bureau of Community Mental Health Services are pleased to offer Substance Abuse Regional Coordinating Agencies (CAs) resources to improve services for persons with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. The proposal deadline is July 15, 2008; only CAs may submit.
