Michigan Coalition to Reduce Underage Drinking

The Michigan Coalition to Reduce Underage Drinking (MCRUD) is a program of Prevention Network (PN), based in Lansing, Michigan. PN is administered by Prevention Network, Inc., with funding provided by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), the Michigan Office of Drug Control Policy (ODCP), and the Michigan Office of Highway Safety Planning (OHSP).

The goal of MCRUD is to develop and provide support to statewide coalitions and community groups working to address the issue of underage alcohol use. As of 2007, there are twenty-one local groups throughout the state that identify themselves as "Regional MCRUD Coalitions."
