Mr. Head has more than 30 years of experience in the public mental health and human services field.  He has worked as a clinician, an administrator, a legislative specialist, and as a leader in public policy and systems change at the state and local agency levels.  He has served as Executive Director for two Michigan community mental health programs.  He was extensively involved in shaping policy for Michigan's community placement programs and with the design and financing of Michigan's community mental health system.
