nondental, nonveterinary x-ray tube $114.56 each x-ray tube
dental or veterinary x-ray tube $68.71 first x-ray tube
$38.12 each additional x-ray tube

Note: Fees changed -1.5% effective October 1, 2009, as a result of a change in the Detroit Consumer Price Index (June 2008 to June 2009)
