13^th Edna Gates Conference on Dementia Care

The conference is designed for teams and individuals who provide care and support to older adults with dementia in all settings, including: Skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, Continuing care retirement communities, Assisted living programs, Senior housing, Adult day services and in-home respite programs, Home care agencies, Hospice, Hospitals and geropsychiatric programs, Geriatric assessment clinics, Alzheimer's Associations and other advocacy groups.

Additionally physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants, regulators, clergy, specialists in creative and expressive arts, educators and other advocates are invited to attend.
