The initial application provides for the issuance of a license that is valid until the next expiration date. Approximately 45-60 days before the expiration date, you will receive an application for renewal. If you wish to renew your license, you must submit the licensing fee and the renewal notice to our office. A license that is valid for two years will be sent to your address.
