You need to be prepared to identify the tasks that are within your scope of practice through the review of the statute for social work and the administrative rules that provide more guidance. You need to explain what the limits are for your level of licensure. You can then explain that you can be disciplined for practicing outside of the scope of your license that can include fines, probation, limitation of practice, suspension of license and revocation of license. If you lose your license, you will not be able to practice at all.
